2 a day workouts continue - Say hello to my little friend (7's)

Tuesday morning routine: 
10 barbell twisters
3 pull-ups
15 jumping jacks
10 squat jumps
10 suzana's. 


6 rounds.


The goal for this one is 10 rounds minimum.

Tuesday night:
Really like this one.  Going all crossfit on it and gave it a name: 7's


7 push ups
7 crunches
7 sets of lying down single leg hip thrusts
7 sets of flutter kicks
7 prisoner squats
7 sets of overhead sandbag presses
7 sandbag curls


7 rounds.


Now if I can get this to 7 rounds of 7 rounds...
